School & Sports Physicals

Our school and sports physicals are designed to get your child cleared safely and on time, without last-minute scrambling. We offer flexible scheduling and, when appropriate, telehealth-supported reviews of history and forms, with a focused in-person exam when it is medically required.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner and parent, I take time to review growth, past injuries, asthma, allergies, and concussion history, so your child's health is protected on the field and in the classroom. We complete school and athletic association forms accurately and promptly.

Families save time, avoid long clinic waits, and gain peace of mind knowing a licensed clinician has thoroughly reviewed their child's readiness for participation. When convenient, we can coordinate visits for siblings or combine physicals with other services, such as needed vaccinations or preventive screenings discussed during the visit.
